About the role

POC Pharma is launching operations in the Philippines this year, and we are seeking team members with pharmacy degrees for our Pharmacies Observation Post (POP) data offering. POP provides unique sales data and behavioral insights on the retail pharmacy channel. As a Field Analyst, you will spend time in dozens of pharmacies across the city observing and documenting pharmacist-patient interactions.  

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Metro Manila or Cebu (must be able to travel autonomously in the region)

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • 20 working days per month required
  • Overtime pay available for additional working days

Salary:

  • Salary based on experience

Essential responsibilities

You will play a critical role in the Pharmacies Observation Post (POP) survey deployed in Manila or Cebu. The primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Identify and recruit pharmacies eligible for POP panel participation following POC Pharma guidelines
  • Observe and document interactions between pharmacists and patients using POP data collection software
  • Promote POC Pharma among the pharmacist community and contribute to the development of POC Pharma’s pharmacy network

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy assistant
  • Certificate: Pharmacy Services NC II
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Can start on August 19th
